We are Sue and Richie Sobel. We have a small horse farm on Long Island,
New York. We are centrally located in the tri-state area, close to New Jersey
and Connecticut!
We also raise short legged Jack Russell Terriers. Our breeding
stock includes some of the oldest bloodlines still being bred today including
the "Shor's" and "Tall Tree's" lines. We started with English
terriers from the well respected "Hamilton" and "Heritage"
Kennels.
We have since added Dutch, Australian, Irish and French lines to
ours.
Our first Jack Russell came to us in 1980. By 1982 we had 3 and began our breeding
program. Back then you usually only saw these little dogs at horse shows and at
the racetrack. Now you see them everywhere!
We are a small, select breeder
of the original 10"-12" Jack Russell Terrier. Our "Russell Terriers"
are bred for quality, conformation and wonderful calm temperments! Cuteness is
a PLUS!
We usually have 2-3 litters a year. They are lovingly raised in
our home with other dogs and cats. When our puppies leave our home they have been
started on their vaccinations, have been dewormed, and are well socialized. Everything
is in order for them to become a wonderful member of your family.
After
you pick up your puppy we expect to hear from you and help in any way that we
can. We love to hear stories and anctidotes about your new best friend!
We
hope you enjoy browsing our website. If you have any questions please contact
us, we love to talk "dogs". 631-445-7897

I always be the kind of person my dogs think I am!"
Some
of the beautiful pictures of my dogs and puppies have come to me through my very
good friends, Frank and Patti Bradford of Meadow Brook Terriers and Candace Lundin
of Dog Branch Farm. I thank them very much!
